RON PAUL VIDEO GAME

A video game based off the SO BRAVE politician Ron Paul will be available online in June. If you don’t already have a boner, the project is aimed to “make liberty sexy”. He might not become president, but 2012 will surely be the year of Ron Paul in one way or another.
»Apr. 30 @ 11:11PM | 44 notesIn the upcoming “Ron Paul: The Road to REVOLution,” players take control of a leaping, punching Super Mario Bros.-esque one-man 50-state campaign to take down the Federal Reserve and — it almost goes without saying — collect as much gold on the way as possible.
The side-scrolling video game will include a boss fight for each of the 13 branches of the Fed along with a final boss. The project, which began soliciting funds on the crowd-sourcing website Kickstarter one week ago, now has 198 financial backers and nearly twice as much cash in pledges than his stated $5,000 goal. The project is slated to be funded on May 1.
Daniel Williams, the game’s creator and co-founder of ronpaulswag.com, says the game is an attempt to “make liberty sexy” and would take two months to complete. The game will be available for free online, playable through an Internet browser, and eventually with versions for iPhone and Android platforms. The beta version will be ready in mid-June.
